Pesan Penting Direktur DIKTIS Kemenag RI kepada Wisudawan
Direktur Pendidikan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Islam Kemenag RI, Prof. Dr. Ahmad Zainul Hamdi, M.Ag., memberikan sambutan secara langsung pada acara Wisuda ke-9 Institut Agama Islam Bani Fattah (IAIBAFA) Tambakberas Jombang pada Rabu (15/3/2023).
Pesan itu disampaikan di hadapan wisudawan-wisudawati dan hadirin yang hadir di gedung serba guna PP. Bahrul Ulum Tambakberas Jombang.
“ Today is difficult, tomorrow is much more difficult, but the day after tomorrow is beautiful. Hari ini itu berat, besok juga pun semakin berat, tetapi besok lusa ialah hari yang indah,” pesan Prof. Dr. Ahmad Zainul Hamdi, M.Ag.,.
Hamdi mengungkapkan bahwa orang yang sukses bukanlah orang yang tidak pernah gagal, melainkan orang yang setiap kali menerima kegagalan ia selalu yakin bahwa besok akan berhasil.
Menurutnya pendidikan adalah sejarah yang paling kuat untuk mengubah dunia. “Tidak ada cara yang lebih hebat untuk mengubah dunia menjadi lebih baik kecuali melalui pendidikan,” ungkapnya.
Dalam kesempatan itu Hamdi berpesan bahwa kemampuan beradaptasi dengan lapangan baru juga merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting.
“Empat puluh persen pendidikan dapat membantu kesuksesan seseorang. Sedangkan enam puluh persen lainnya dibuktikan melalui kemampuan kita beradaptasi dengan lapangan yang baru,” tuturnya.
Wisuda Sarjana ke-9 Institut Agama Islam Bani Fattah Jombang diikuti 212 mahasiswa dari berbagai fakultas dan program studi.
Acara ini dihadiri Wakil Presiden RI, Prof. Dr. (H.C.) KH. Ma’ruf Amin, Gubernur Jawa Timur, Dra. Hj. Khofifah Indar Parawansa, M.Si., dan Bupati Jombang, Hj. Mundjidah Wahab.[]
